Bringing Home the Tree

I totaly forgot to stitch an ornament in April so I'm going to stitch two this month. I finished the first one and its called Bringing Home the Tree from LHN.

February Ornament a bit late :)

I am finally posting my February ornament. Still need to finish my March one as well. LOL For February I "finished" a fair & square piece I rec'd from Nadia in the Netherlans into an ornament.

Cardinal Winter

Today I finished my first ornament of LHN. Its called Cardinal Winter. At the top I attached some little branches.

The picture seems a little washed out, but in order to get the trim anywhere close to its real color, it had to be this way. So this is my January ornie and I'm working on February's.

Stitching done but not finished yet

I've got to find the right fabric and wouldn't you know it's just not in my fabric stash! I've tried everything but just not satisfied. So here's a picture and hopefully, today I'll get out and find the fabric I know is out there somewhere.
